Shipping

 Shipping time varies according to several factors, including payment arrival, courier type and chosen shipping service. We usually use companies such as USPS, FedEx, UPS, and other freight transports.

Depending on the products of your order, it can arrive between 5 days to 60 days approx. More accurate information will be provided once your order is received.

For orders to be picked up in the store the order could be processed the same day.

Which factors determine the cost of shipping?

The volume, weight, place where it will be sent (within EEUU only), type of transport, among others. Once your order is processed, your will also be informed of the shipping options.

Who pays the shipping Cost?

The shipping cost will be entirely paid by the buyer.

We will offer customers some shipping methods, in the end it is the customer who decides what type of shipping we will use.

How your order is processed?

Once we receive your order, a copy of your order will be provided to you by email. Once we  process your order (which can take up to 5 days),  you will be informed by email of the products we have ready to ship, and the options for shipping or picking up at the store.

  sometimes the ordered product may not be found or the required quantity is greater than our inventory, you will also be informed and we will offer alternatives (such as sending what we have and what remains to be sent once it arrives, usually the Arrival of new products could take between 15 and 60 days approx.).

Once we receive the confirmation of your order, the type of shipping, and the payment of the invoice. We will send your order.
