Payment: We are receiving payments through the Zelle® digital payment system, a fast, safe, and easy way to send money to our bank account. Payments also can do with credit card .

Order & Shipping: There is a minimum order quantity of $250. Moreover, the shipping cost must be covered in full by the client.

Return Policy: Our product return address is that of our physical store: 410 S Los Angeles St Suite 142, Los Angeles, CA 90013. The articles returned must be received at that address before 20 days have passed since the purchase of the products. Moreover, the cost of the return of the products must be covered by the client. Once we have received the product and inspected it, we will refund the cost of the item in the same way that was paid.

About our products: Due to the artesanal/handmade nature of the products, the finished products may vary slightly from the image online. That being said, the pictures provided online are nearly identical to the final product delivered and always of the same high quality.
